1. Prank & Educational Use Only

SWAPCALA is provided strictly for prank, entertainment and educational purposes. By using this website you acknowledge and agree that any content you generate is meant for harmless fun, learning, or personal experimentation with AI technology — nothing more.

2. You Are Fully Responsible

You are solely responsible for every photo, video, or clip you upload and every piece of content you generate, download, share or publish. SWAPCALA will not be held liable for anything you choose to do with this website or the content it produces. This includes, without limitation, defamation, harassment, impersonation, fraud, non-consensual imagery, violation of another person's likeness or privacy, or any other unlawful, harmful, or unethical use.

You agree not to upload media of any person without their explicit permission, and not to use SWAPCALA to create sexual, harmful, misleading, political, or otherwise damaging content about any individual.

3. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Output quality, availability, and processing time may vary and are not guaranteed.

4. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All credit purchases on SWAPCALA are final and strictly non-refundable. Once payment is completed and credits are added to your account, we will not issue a refund for any reason whatsoever — including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the generated result, accidental purchases, unused credits, changes of mind, service downtime, failed generations, or account termination for policy violations.

If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits used for that specific attempt will be automatically returned to your in-app balance. This is not a monetary refund and cannot be converted back to cash.

5. Account & Access

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice or refund, if we believe the service is being misused or used in violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWAPCALA, its operators and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SWAPCALA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
